Basics

Firstly you must be registered and logged-in, in order to receive points. You begin each game of Hangman with 5 points, one for each wrong guess you are allowed. Each wrong guess deducts from that total until you lose. Losing deducts 2 points from your total score.

Bonuses

On top of the standard 5 points for a perfect game you may also earn bonus points. 10 bonus points are awarded for guessing the whole word / phrase without guessing a single letter first. 5 bonus points are awarded for guessing the word / phrase with no wrong guesses. 2 bonus points are awarded for guessing the word / phrase with only 1 wrong guess. And finally, 1 bonus point is awarded for guessing the word / phrase with only two wrong guesses.
